Before anyone bash me for this post please.. don't. I'm new to Lexus. Even to a car community. But where else can I start but here right?
What mod should I start on? like Sway bars? headers?
Im willing to learn. I wanna know more things about this car. And working on it is one way. aint it?

First off , welcome to the family. Second , what is your ultimate goal with this car? Any mods currently on the car?

Welcome to Club Lexus, you will learn a lot here and there are many helpful people.
You are in the wrong section. This is for second generation Lexus IS250/350/F. Your model/car is third generation IS250.
If you want to learn about your car, start with changing your lights. Either add fogs, switch bulbs to HID or LED, or interior lighting.
Nobody is going to bash you for driving a Lexus. General consensus is that you mod a 250 for luxury (VIP style) instead of tracking or speed. BUTTT if you want to track your 250, then go to a track first then decide what you want out of your car.

For me, personally I think the car should have been lowered from the factory. Yeah, scrubbing gets to be an issue, but that can be overcome many times by approaching at the proper angle. So I would say lower that ride. Second, I think the lower control arm bushings from the factory are a complete joke and really make the steering jelly-like and hoppy out on the interstate at speed. I really like my RR Racing USRS, but I hear the Figs are good too. Be warned that the Figs will still allow some play. As for the sway bars, I don't know if any of the hundreds of people on the "Official F-Sport Sway Bar Thread" regret adding at least the rear sway bar. I, for one, could instantly tell how improved the car's handling was in spirited driving (Yeah, a 250 has spirit too guys). It really locks the car on the road and corrects under/over steer (I did front and back).
Next spring, it's new shiny chrome 19's all around for me.
