Default My 2006 IS350 Exhaust blocked

I have a 2006 IS350 with about 200k miles. I noticed the car was not firing, I changed the fuel pump, plugs and still no improvement the car burned more fuel, but realised that its a block exhaust I have. It was fixed yesterday and the is so sweet as good as new one.

this is the blocked exhaust.

Is that your precats? I wasn't aware that the IS have precats. Are they in the header? I don't want that in my exhaust or to get sucked back in to my motor. 3rd gen MR2s had this issue and most people gut them or swap the header.

@cleethree: yeah thats the precast even me I dont know it happen we need to that info from Lexus autos
@icy350: getting a new exhaust can help but its not a guarantee that it wont happen again but here in Nigeria we fabricate the free cast which we called indomie with pipes like gun silencer with holes round.

What is the quality of fuel and octane rating in Nigeria? Are there certain additives being used in the fuel?
