Takeda/Injen/F Sport/etc intake + PPE headers + JoeZ/Ark/Invidia/F-Sport/etc + Pilot Super Sport tires (or whichever you prefer) + Stoptech/Brembo/Wilwood/etc BBK = Big Brake Kits + wheels are your preference.

To simply answer your question, Intake+Header+Exhaust will gain you HP. Not a lot but it will.

I have the F sport intake, Swift lowering springs, Enkei wheels and a Tanabe exhaust and my 250 is a little livelier now than before.
