Hey forum,
I have an 09 is250 and have been exchanging emails with Arma about purchasing a supercharger kit...
I was quoted $7000 not including shipping... I heard it was a lot but didn't think it was that much!
I know I know, why not buy a 350 with that extra money... But thats not my goal. I want to be unique, and build on what I have.
Any "cheaper" supercharger kits out there?

I saw a couple options in the classifieds recently. Arma quoted me for around 5k. I actually just bought their BBK yesterday. I'll let you know about the quality before you go spend 7 g's!

I understand what you guys are saying. I started off with a is250 6spd. If your looking to make the is250 fast I honestly would just try to get an IS350 and use that money towards other mods. Im not sure but a stock is350 would beat a supercharged is250. Just my two cents..

I'm sorry, it just gets annoying that whenever someone asks about doing something to a 250 they get 15 comments that don't answer their question but tell them to get a 350. Same in the facebook groups.

Carbon fiber, Fl is Miami,Fl..lol It was a joke that some members said way back like 5yrs ago, bcuz for a while there was many isx50 with alot of carbon fiber parts..

Hey mate! I have bought Rotrex C30-94 supercharger (SAME AS ARMA USE!)
I have done my custom supercharger mounting bracket! and bought an custom Crank Pulley!
I bought Mishimoto intercooler and Tial QR BOV!
im going to install it very soon!
So if you want any help feel free to ask!
By the way i have 250 also!

Yeah I'm not to keen to drop 7k on this kit...
My budget including shipping was something like 5k!
Extra power is something thats kinda out there... the cool thing about these kits are there are many different ways to go and small upgrades to make..
This guy in Malaysia i think had 319hp off a dyno pushing 0.8bar of boost...

Maybe that particular dyno was a bit generous but none the less, talk about being in a league of your own!

I love my 250 and just want to do something different. everyone has an exhaust nowadays

Like i just told, i did my S/C for now just for 3.5k$
But it will be 5k$ INCLUDING Water/Meth kit + Wideband gauges + some more cool stuff

I think these are the hard parts to get. I wish someone could come up with some drawings to have them made yourself or sell the custom pieces. Then you could buy the other parts (supercharger, intercooler, etc) from various locations and have a kit.
