Default non turbo tranny on turbo jz?

i recently bought a 2003 is300 .. lovin it.. but im a power hungry guy.. and i wanted to drop a turbo 2JZ.. this is the first time ive ever worked on the JZ series and i was wondering if i could use the old non turbo'd engines transmission on the turbo'd JZs engine.. as far as i can see it wouldnt be an issue but im not sure if im missing any potential problems.. any input would be much appreciated

they all work just fine...

you are better off building and turboing the stock motor though...

the auto trans are good to about 500 whp with some valve body work and additional cooling, the manual trans are good to about 350 whp, no upgrades available, period...

want more power, swap a R154, v160, or any other assorted GM transmission...
