Fsport exhaust has stock look but I was told its much louder then expected...

I second that!!!

When I purchase my F-sport exhaust, I did not know that there were two version of it. One made by HKS and the other made by Lexus. I ended up purchasing the F-sport exhaust that was made by lexus and I have to agree, it's much louder than expected. If you can get your hands on the 1st version of the F-sport exhaust get it, If not, the Tanabe Medalion would also go well with the stock look.

Or you can custom the exhaust pipes and make it a true dual exhaust to stock mufflers. I did it with no secondary cats and no resonator and it was quiet with little drone.

you can look for a used system - they crop up in the classifieds from time to time.

you can also check out the Fujitsubo Legalis Exhaust - I think Evasive, etc sells it.

The F-Sport IS made by HKS, there's no "HKS vs LEXUS" version
There's Lexus HKS, F-Sport Gen I and F-Sport Gen II, all made by HKS

I removed my stock mufflers and added magnaflow magna packs with two 4" tips. From the rear it looks stock and still had a nice tone.
