Default possible for a gs400/430 swap into a 300

hey guys ive been looking into this for quite awhile now but i just never got the straight answer i was looking for i bought my car maybe more then a year ago but i got the 300 because i figure i was going to do the aristo swap or n/a turbo now i have my mind change and i figured it be much less of a hassle if i just swap over a 400/430 motor just to get the instant power since i dont need to be doing anything wild by going aristo swap or n/a turbo and no i dont plan to get rid of my car because i already done so much to it but here is what i am needing to know

1) is it a drop in + plug and play? (like honda D series to a B) if you know honda...

2) will anything need to be cut and rewelded

3) has anybody done this before (which im pretty sure ton of people here has)

right now this is all i can think of because its still too early for me but for the ones that can help me out thanks...

Most are going to say it would be easier to sell the car and buy a 400 /430. I was looking into the same thing as well. Eventually if the motor goes in my 300. Exterior and interior is in excellent shape hence why I would not want to sell and get another GS.

400s (at least where I'm at) are less common, but are cheaper. I'd sell it and try to pocket a few bucks.
