So it's tax time again. I am looking at spending some of my return on getting a exhaust system for my 07 is350. So my question like many before me,what brand to get. I'm looking to spend around 1,000. I've looked at an hks. But I just want to get other people's thoughts.

Greddy or HKS or get M2 + invidia midpipes. I have The F-sport exhaust. so thats a non biased suggestion.

 

just from the top of my head, loudest to quietest....
- hks
- fsport
- greddy evo3
- greddy sp / tanabe mt
- fujitsubo

there's still other axlebacks like megan oe-rs, megan drift spec, magnaflow, wald (quad tip), etc. but no idea where they stand

you can get a midpipe for them (invidia vs megan) or you can just get a full catback from up top such as joe z, borla, etc.

 

My buddy has an individa and it looks and sounds amazing!

 

Word josh where did you get you're fsport exhaust from. I like the way the hks sounds and the LMS. Any good sites to buy from

 

The greddy evo3 is louder then the f sport.

 

F-sport is $1400+, some sell them used around $900

 

I got mine from the Lexus Dealer here in San diego. It was uhm, a bit expensive, but I'm completely satisfied with it as an axelback alone.

I wanted the HKS when I was shopping last year. It was on back order everywhere, so I went with the Tanabe and added the Invidia mid pipes. I was on eBay the other day and found this. When I was looking, they were getting $900 plus for this exhaust.....

That's the one I was going to order on eBay. How to you like the tanabe. I'm wanting to get something with good sound but not to loud. And not the whole ricer sound.

i have the HKS(first gen f sport) exhaust on my 350 and i love it. has a nice deep tone to it and no drone on the freeway

 

I'm considering the f sport in the next few months. how does the original f sport compare to the new f sport? I've heard people reference drone on the highway and I'm definitely want to avoid that.

 

original is "Lexus HKS", which is quieter than the "F-Sport"
