It pretty much boils down to cost, sound, and cosmetic...

Check out the Exhaust reviews in the Performance Section.

Greddy should be a bit more quiet than the F-Sport, and costs less. Cosmetic wise, it's up to you.

If you are concerned about noise, you need to ride with someone who has one in order to really get a feel.

do some research, plenty of threads discuss about these two types of exhaust.
I personally have fsport, sounds great, not too loud at my taste.

SP2's have been discontinued, so you're basically looking at what's available on the second-hand market.

you have it backwards.

SE is the one w/ the burnt tips. that's available.
SP2 is the one w/out the burnt tips. that's discontinued.

So it didn't grow on you? Mine is about 300 miles old and it is definitely better than day 1. I think it is sooo much different than stock - you must get used to it. And, as others say, I think it does get quieter as it "breaks in".

Fsport is a high sounded low tone exhaust *like TRD sport exhaust for celica* right?
SP2 is a low tone growl like stock G35/37.. but louder.. right?

I cant get one thats TOO loud, wife wont allow

(taken from website)
This system is out of production and has been replaced by P/N 10117200 - SP Elite Exhaust system.

looking at the greddy.com website, here's the deal.

SP2 (rolled stainless steel tips) = discontinued
SE (burnt tips) = discontinued
SE Elite = replacement for SE.

and it looks like the SE Elite is the same as the SE minus the burnt tips, while neither look like the SP2.

this is the greddy SP2 (w/ rolled stainless steel tips)

this is the greddy SE - note the burnt tips and the angular tip construction

this is the greddy SE Elite - note how it looks like the greddy SE w/out the burnt tips
