When I purchased my Fsport intake from sewell the description said it included the sticker, however it didn't come in the package only the sticker about the filter. I called and a nice lady told me that it would be mailed to me when they received them from Lexus. I sent an email also and was answered that they no longer included them with the intake. The sticker came in the mail a couple of weeks later.
i received my f sport intake today and i installed it. i didnt see any stickers at all about CARB nor the sticker about the filter being reusable. where do i go to get them at?

PTR03-53100 is the correct one for your car. So you were right.

To confirm, use of existing Upper air box lid will be used with PTR03 - 53100, and F-Sport air intake kit for 2014 - 2018 IS 350, would use existing lower air box however, require purchasing Upper air box lid (included with F Sport air intake system PTR03-53141, 2014 - 2018 IS 350).

Yeah everything you said is correct except that PTR03-53100 works for all 2IS so 2006-2013. I actually did not know that the 3IS f sport intake came with the upper air box lid but I saw on a few unboxing videos and it comes with the lid. I thought it would of been the same as the 2IS f sport intake where you had to reuse the upper air box lid. I wonder if you could buy the 3IS air box lid and use it in the 2IS.

After some additional reviewing, and if I understand correctly, believe the lower air box housing included with air intake kit PTR03 - 53100, has smooth bottom, and not have the the raised plastic ridges the OEM lower housing has, and perhaps a different angle bottom to create / smooth out incoming airflow with less turbulence.(see photos). The F-Sport lower air box housing has an additional opening / cutout on one side to allow more air to be drawn in. OEM lower air box does not have this additionalopening.
Both F-Sport air intake kits, PTR03 - 53100 & PTR03-53141, utilize the same MAF sensor location (upper air box lid). The OEM lower air box housings for both, 2008 - 2013 & 2014 - 2017, , draw air in via duct routed behind left passenger bumper up to air intake opening above front grill.
Noticed the position where intake tube attaches to 2014 - 2017 OEM upper air box lid (left side), is different from the position air tube attaches to F-Sport upper air box lid included with kit PTR03-53141 (see photos).
Would any member have additional information on what advantages the F-Sport air intake kits have over OEM?
