I had the Tanabe on my '06 IS250 AWD and loved it.Will be getting one for my IS350 soon.
Perfect sound upgrade,no interior drone at any RPM and great exhaust tip look.

 

Same here, but leaning more to tanabe. F sport is loud.

Yes, it's a little louder but much deeper. It think it sounds pretty good. I am going to remove the resonator this weekend. I have been reading other posts and they said that it will be even deeper sounding and a little more louder and I think it will be perfect for me. I will post a new video when I'm done.

 

That is my car at Tanabe headquarter,. After a few weeks after that day, the midpipe had broken in , sound much nicer and very quiet now i have PPE header , its a symphony to my ears

 

is Tanabe going to release this midpipe? won't throw off CEL right?

 

Last time i talked to them about 6 months ago, they are unlikely to released it because of the cost and not so many demand. Also u wont get any Cel or Vsc light, its a perfectly bolt on and you will be very happy with the product

 

I had my resonator removed. It made a pretty big difference. Its almost louder then i wanted it to be but sounds awesome!

Tanabe is a nice quality exhaust. It is a little louder than stock. People hardly knew I had an aftermarket exhaust compared to other exhausts. It was too quiet for me by itself so I swapped it for an F-Sport and haven't looked back.

 

Taking your resonator out will make a big difference.
