just got my hands on the fsport exhaust but i was thinkin megan mid pipes but this sounds way better

From what I've heard, the Megan's are a little more subdued and less raspy/poppy. Makes sense since the Megan's retain your secondary cats. If what you want is loud, Invidia + F-Sport exhaust (or HKS High Power) FTW.

i have an invidia with my hks and its not that loud compared to a stock g37...megans keeps the cats and invidia doesnt so if u have smog test issues, u might get away with the megans at visual if u paint it or wrap it, but both will pass the smog test since the primary cats are pretty effective

megans and invidia sounds kinda the same though

nice car and loud sound Brain I wonder is your car have engine check light come on after installed the mid pipe? I don't know why my friend has the shop did the custom mid pipe, and the way they bend are perfect just like the factory specs, as where the sensor belong to, but after 2 days it has check engine light come on, after he pull the fuse off, the light go away, but exactly 2 days later the light come back on, so he has to reset ecu every two days

i just install IS F exhaust, it is losing some power when on low rpm, do u have this issue before?

I just rode in my friends IS350 with f sport exhaust+Megan mids+joe-z intake. Sounded not as loud as I expected.

He wants to sell the exhaust. I just have the f-sport intake now. Was wondering if anyone knows how it would sound with just the 2 f sports?

Also its the one with no f sport stamp. He says its the newer one. I thought the newer ones had stamps?
