I don't wanna sound like an ***, but do you have plenty of gas in it?
Do you have plenty of oil?

(I always start with the simplest things)

Hey mang... that sucks.

If you were close to me i could diagnos it for ya. From what you are describing, i bet THESE FOOLS got your engine bay WET. they may have tried to detail the engine bay and got some of your electrics wet.

Can be a problem if not taken care of quickly. and I MEAN QUICKLY.

disconnect the battery

unplug Most/if not ALL electric plugs including spark plugs

DRY everything out

spray CRC electric cleaner/conditioner on all contact.

check to make sure they didnt get water in the intake

ETC..

Off the top of my head, thats what it sounds like.

When it come to getting a detail i ALWAYS say NO to engine details.

Hope everything works out. get your self some of that CRC spray anyhow, im telling you water left over a period of a couple of hours WILL cause corrosive/Galvanic reactions to mill finish metals, i this case your contact points in your plugs.
