Does anyone know is there the full exhaust system for IS250 '06 or not (front-mid-rear)

Is there a titanium or just only stanless?

and I wanna know how to contact HKS USA, I'm looking on the web but there won't have the email contact...

Mostly everyone else sells axle-backs only. Borla has a full too, but there were some quality/fitment issues with it.

F-sport (which is made by HKS BTW) and the HKS are axle-backs only.
