ok - car is back and running. there is a bit of turbo lag (72 mm turbo) but once it's in boost, it moves. it's a bit anticlimactic though...i started this project back in 2005, then the first guy working on it (Mehraz) died of a heart attack in 2010 before completing it. the car then went to tom nelson who works about as fast as mehraz did...anyway since 2005, i have had several mercedes s63s (a 2009, 2011 and now a 2015). my current s63 was modified by weistec engineering and puts out over 700 to the wheels - i also have a 2015 mclaren 650s and a 1969 chevelle that tom built which makes 1,870 horsepower. i may end up selling the lexus - still undecided.

my buddy told me about it awhile ago.
he had a 72 SS with a built 454 (came with a 396 but the owner of Lunati built and installed a 454) that got stolen and he loved your ride. i used to drive it and it was a beast

yup - that is mine, though i'll most likely be selling it soon. i have too many cars at this point...i'm up to 7
