Default Ect pwr?

What exactly does this button do?
change up the valve timing?
sharpen the shifts?

different shift points, higher redline, stays in gear longer before upshifting shifting etc etc... its a different "mode" for the transmission. the actual shifts are the same, and it has nothing to do with the engine or the ecu's control over the engine. just basically a "sport" mode for the trans.
