Default TRD air filter & Toms air filter

Does anyone have the TRD air filter for the GS300?

I just installed my TRD filter and the only difference I can see is when stepping on the gas, the revs holds longer than before or I'm just imagining things.

Also this filter was caked with oil. The plastic cover and filter itself was almost dripping.

---

I also bought the TOMs ramII air filter for the GS300. This looks totally different from the regular filters. less filter and more metal plating. I think the guy at carson toyota said to take off the metal housing and use the filter itself. I am just wondering if anyone else has used this type of filter before. Instructions are in Japanese.

works great, I like it, power gains are minimal as with any drop-in filter
