Since neither probably add much power anyway might as well go with the knock-off. Once it starts to get dirty no one will know anyway unless the sound is just horrendous... It would be cool if you could hear one some how.

I would say Tanabe for fit, finish, and build quality. The other exhaust is made by a company called TopSpeed. They make headers, exhausts, and other car parts in China. The overall quality is acceptable, price is affordable, and fitment is pretty good. I know because I used to have my TSX and they made a header for the TSX. Many people on the TSX Forum had the TopSpeed header installed no problem, and felt a decent improvement in acceleration as well. So it all really depends on your preference and budget.
