If you haven't seen my build thread yet you can click on the image and get the full lowdown thus far. I've been working with DGR Fabrication on a GM LSX motor mount kit for my 2GS and other Lexus applications. The final mounts should be in this week. I'll be posting more info on this thread about the kit as soon as Dan at DGR Fab finalizes everything and the motor is back in my car. These should also work on SC's!

I chose the LSX motor path as it was a more cost effective way to go than the 2JZ-GTE route. We're looking forward to seeing more GS's do this motor swap. This is only one mount - tranny mount/crossmember to follow soon and it will include everything you'd need to complete the swap.

Any chance DGR is going to make it possible for us post 98 body car guys to run pre 98 GTE short blocks? This conversion would apply for both GS300 Gen 2 and IS300 owners since the mounting issue is the same for both cars.

I'd give DGR a call to find out if they're willing to do something like that - really depends on the demand for the parts.

Any Updates?I am thinking about a ls1 or ls7 in my sc but i was wondering if these mounts will work?Oh and is dgr fab going to make a couple sets or just one for you?

I can't talk too much about it without violating the forum guidelines that I've been warned about already but I hope saying yes they will be for sale will not be wrong. A limited amount of sets initially so I would jump on them quick if you're thinking about a set.

Dan at DGR is finalizing becoming a vendor/member on here so he can answer any/all questions about the kit etc. We're just busy trying to finish the car :)

There's a pic up there already... there will be a thread on the kit as soon as DGR becomes a vendor. I'll post about them in my build thread since we can't get all sales/markety per the forum rules.
