Brake + throttle, make sure you brake hard enough the car does not creep up and not throttle hard enough to hear tires spin before you release the brake.

In this video it's bone stock

540 is faster than GS but not much, I would say, if a GS had 6 speed manual, it will be as fast if not faster than 540(think, 540 weight is almost 3900lbs, while GS like 3600 or something, plus GS has 300 hp vs BMW 282, but BMW got 325ft/lb)
