I plan to lower it as soon as I get it back, it really needs to be dropped.. Racing a 12 second Mach 1 Mustang at 130 MPH was scary, the suspension is too damn soft for sure. I have a video of it below, I caught this guy coming out of speedworld, he was running 12.2 @ 110 that night.

I'll be sure to post up the progress as it all comes together, this was by far the hardest part of the job, the rest should go much easier.

Nice job with the master cylinder. I am still very interested in your project. Can you show your center console? I would like to see some of the details of how you got the shifter through the hump. Please post more more pics...

We haven't crossed that bridge yet, I'm sitting at home while Rick at Speedtech in Merrit Island does all of this work for me, I have no doublt he will pull this job off with factory like details, I've seen some of his custom work, it's amazing stuff.

Here are some new pics, pedals are on and Lokar throttle cable is in, no more drive by wire crap. Ever since I bought my car every now and then I would hit the throttle and nothing, it would sometimes take 3-4 seconds for it to respond. Now going with the Haltech and Supra style custom intake I shouldn't have to worry about it anymore. The Lokar cable is mounted in the factory position with just a small modification.

I'm sure he could do it NP, its the same car so the pedals will go in the same. That was the hardest part and since TTC IIRC offers a getrag conversion plate for the 1Uz-fe it shouldn't be much different than mine.

That is just damn sexy. I really like it. You said that the pedal is the same as one from an IS right? Do you know what year?

I ordered everything from Jeff Watson at Champion Toyota. There is a parts list on myis.com that shows what you need to take a automatic IS300 to a manual, I ordered everything on that list for a 01 IS300.

Post some pictures of what the shifter set up looks like. I agree....that kit doesn't do the car any justice.

nice, glad to see it moving along. I didn't even look at the Supra/SC Pedals. I just figured the IS a very similar car to the GS so I took a chance and ordered all IS parts figuring it might be the best choice.
