Transmission gear ratios ??? Anybody know what they are???
I have been doing some reading in regards to doing a rear end swap and I would like to know the transmission gear ratios so I can figure out what final drive will be best suited for my needs (and yours too). Maybe one of you might work in a dealership and could look at a factory service manual and post the gear ratios for the GS400 and GS430 transmissions.
There are some good online gear ratio calculators to use so we can find our optimum ratio for our application. This is my favorite to use .... http://www.f-body.org/gears/

The final drive gear ratios are a given, there are plenty of write ups on what car have what rear end gears. What I am after is the TRANSMISSION gear ratios.
