Aem v2 for aristo swap tune issues (stat sync)

My car is at a dnyo shop in north Florida and we have a aem 6050 v2 we need to find out the stat sync or the cam/crank settings. Any help would be thankful

Ok so got the car running good and idle is good . Issue is after ran and try to restart will loose crank and cam signal until car is cold
