denso ik20's gap question
 
do i need to gap the ik20's or do they come pre-gapped i forget if they did :egads: and just asking since mine are not here yet.

they come pregapped, but you can go closer. I think stock they are .042 or so. You could easily go .030. - .035.

I run .027, but that's not necessary for a n/a car.

do the gs400 need to be gapped at .040 ?

as thats what is said at the spark plug.com website.

I have the same plugs,
I believed it's 0.44, for gs400 at AutoZone where I got the plugs they told me, it's 0.43.

.43 and .44 is good to work with.

.043 not .43

i would bump it down to .035 or so, but be careful as the iridium tip is brittle.
