95 Sc300 Automatic Not downshifting at full stop?
 

I’ve searched all the threads and no one had a solution posted. I changed solenoids twice and filter, but code 62 keeps showing(1st shift solenoid). I can make it downshift while in D by stepping the gas to floor but when i come to a stop i have to manually shift to L or it will pull off in high gear. Any ideas what could be wrong? did i buy a Faulty solenoid twice in a row or is there a root to this? PLEASE HELP i been trying to fix this problem for weeks😅
