Default Newbie need help with brakes.

I bought a 97 sc300 and it's been off the road for 3 years. I finally get it back and need to replace the rotors and pads. None of the places near me have rear rotors for a 97 sc300 but they have some for 2000 sc300. Is it fine to run those on the car?

ps new to cars new to sc300
