Default Strong crank no start

So I managed to relocate the harness above the wheel well in to the engine bay and got everything back together. But now I dont have no head lights or bright and a crank no start condition. I tested the fuel pump for voltage with my DMM and it isn't receiving any voltage from the activating relays when I switch ignition on and off.

please help

Default Issue Resolved

Turns out as I was reconnecting the harness to the fuse box the white main 25 - 50 pin connector was not fully seated. This was simply my own error. But for future reference to everyone who is having issues with there car after relocating the harnes make sure and check all of your connections by removing and then reinstalling them.
