Default The quest for power is where to start

Hey Sc family.
will be picking up a 95 sc300 off a friend of mine this month or next (weather depending). I lost someone very close to me who raised me and started my love of cars. So in her memory I'm gonna do this build.

the goal is 1000 at the wheel when it's done but fir now 400 to 500 while I build another block.

plan to run a t56 to handle the abuse i will throw at it but i have been out of the inline game so long I'm like a new fish.

i know the jz will handle it when built right so I ask this question.

30k budget over 5 year span.
700hp daily machine with the ability on c16 to turn it up to 1000+

how would you build it with reliability in mind but able to thrash it like a red head step child?
