Default Muffler hanger hardware

I'm trying to put on my new mufflers and I have the hangers for them but the previous owner did a super ghetto muffler delete by just removing the mufflers and letting the pipes just hang there. Does anyone know the thread pitch and size or part numbers for the bolts for the hangers to mount to the frame?

I made my own rear mounts from Stainless plate. If I recall the thread is 12mm for the rear mounts. I'd go check but it's freezing outside and I'm a wimp. If you're in a bind wait a day or two and I'll pull and measure.

I have the hangers and the stock mufflers but dont have the 4 long bolts that hold it onto the chassis.
