Default Missing at low idle

I put back my '95 SC300 (after waterpump/timingbelt/all new fluids and new radio!). I had used some intake cleaner because it was missing and my brother suggested a clogged injector. Said it didn't sound like a plug miss-firing. So after using the intake cleaner it ran smooth at low idle for a while. After running it for about 600 miles and a couple of gas fill ups, the miss is back and it's worse. But at 1k rpm's or above, it feels smooth. Anyone have a similar issue at low idle? (around 500 to 800 rpm) This miss is pretty pronounced, so it might be across all cylinders. Maybe fuel pump or filter?

Thanks!
