Help car won't start

I have a 96 Lexus sc400 I bought it non running when I purchased it had the fuel pump removed I replaced the fuel pump I also noticed that the OBD2 port wasn't working correctly as Everytime I plugged in my scanner it would say linking error also there was a red wire that was plugged into a kill switch that ran to a ignition coil on passanger side if the kill switch was off car will not start long story short after it ran for a couple of days it suddenly did not want to start up again I changed the following

Used ecu
New cam position sensor both side
New crank sensor
Used igniters
New spark plugs
2 new ignition coil
i have checked all fuses all good

Car is not getting spark I hear the fuel in the rails running in the motor also now with the used ecu when I plug in the obd2 it reads one code cam position sensor bank 1 circuit a but I already replaced the sensor also if I turn on the kill switch you hear clicking near fuse box car just turns doesn't crank what can be wrong please help

I would remove the kill switch and reconnect the wires as original. I've seen kill switches keep the ignition from working reliably, even when in the closed circuit position.

Do you know why the PO removed the fuel pump? That might give you some hints as to what was wrong with it.

I tried to put everything original and still no luck I even tried to put old ecu with all these new parts and no luck just keeps turning no spark the old fuel pump was not working anymore so I bought a new one I even did the fuel pump relay by pass I hear the fuel in the rails by the motor and has alot of pressure but no spark

You may not have a good ground to your block.
