There is none because. OBD1 and OBD2 Toyota ecus are encrypted in such a way that they have never been cracked. Back in the 90s the major Japanese tuning shops offered pre-tuned xJZ ecus, but that is because back then Toyota didn't make their ecus. A 3rd party did. And that 3rd party had an aftermarket division that tooled reprogramed ecus for HKS, Bee Racing, TopSecret, MINES, and so on

Currently, the only "tunable ecu" you can buy for our cars is a full standalone.
