Default Need some help with NSS

Hey, I'm having a problem getting my ECU to think It's in neutral.
In one go I changed a lot of stuff.
Manual swap
Aem EMS v1
vvti coils
FFIM ford TPS and TB .

I did get the car running and started by running a wire from the trans position plug to ignition start wire.

Here is the problem on aem ems shows me I'm in 4th gear......
When I want to put in the pin E1 and TE1 to set my timing and sync it with aem ems. Nothing changes. I'm thinking its because ecu sees it in 4th gear.
I searched and tried to jump the two wires like every one was talking on the transmission plug but nothing happen. I can find the NSS wire that goes to the ECU pin but do I need to run power to that wire or what? I need to make the ecu think in neutral. Second of all I have no idea why its locked in 4th gear. And also on my gauge cluster non of the lights are on PRND432 or what ever is there.
Any one have any suggestions?

Thanks

So today I jumped IK2 with IJ1 still nothing. I do not understand why on my gauge cluster it does not show any gear lights. But on AEM EMS software it tells me im in 4th gear.......I also been searching like crazy but I cannot find any answers regarding this. This is crazy. I did find some wiring diagrams. But I cannot zoom in and read it bad quality. Does Pin B76 need 12 volts for NSS can any one confirm this?

Thanks
