Default Obd2 2jzge into obd1 sc400 Help please

So i got a 97 parts car the other day to go along with my 1992 sc400, i wanna put the 2j in the 400, the whole sc300 engine and wiring is complete, everything is there, would it be easier to keep the engine obd2? or would it be easier to get a obd1 sc300 harnes, ecu, maf and distributor ? also with all that being said i have a sc300 w58, sc300 manul driveshaft, s300 clutch pedal that i was gonna put on the v8 but kinda wanna stick it with the 2jz since i dont wanna make crazy power just yet, couldnt i just get a obd1 manual ecu? i got the jist of everything but the wiring is whats stopping me from starting, just need to know whats going to work and whats not, did countless hours of research and cant find anyone putting a obd2 2j from a sc300 into a obd1 sc400. Not really sure where the obd2 port leads too in the sc300 either because the engine harness only has the diagnostics port, could i just use that harness with the obd1 ecu, obd1 maf, obd1 distributor? Or will the harness not plug into a obd1 ecu? Im sure theres a easier way to do this. Maybe get a harness made? I'm at a loss here , everything else i understand but i just wanna make sure everything will all work in order.
