Default Need help with 1992 sc400 radiator replacement

So this weekend I plan on doing a radiator replacement I just noticed I had a small crack on the top of my radiator, I'm not a experience mechanic but want to do the work myself can anyone please help me and give me any pointers or what to look out for and also is this replacement a easy job or should I just Fork over some cash and have someone do it for me?

If you have basic tools and some mechanical knowledge on how to dissasemble and assemble things you should should be good to go. The big question is do you want to go stock type or aftermarket ones that have more fluid volume and more custom work is required.w
if stock go to rockauto and order one for a 92 sc400 sc, it should drop right in with minor or no mods you have some choices go denso! to make... good luck!!

Naw, just going stock.. I really don't know what i want to do this sc400 yet. I just got a foxbody mustang 2weeks ago right after i got this Lexus a month b4. I have some skill in mechanics but nothing major I just want to know if it's anything I should not be messing with and require a professional? Thanks soooo much 4 getting back to me.

The replacement was smooth.. A few hose disconnected and removing bolts.

for your Fox, spend time on the Maximum Motorsports website. Also go check out the "corner-carvers" discussion group before you start doing mods/spending money
