Default Please help identifying broken rubber hose under engine

Found a broken rubber hose under the engine when doing an oil change, have no idea what it is and if it's important. I think it might be for the radiator?

That's just the AC drain hose. Doesn't plug up anywhere.

Forgot what the other one is specifically for, but the transparent one for the radiator doesn't plug up to anything too. If you still have the engine tray underneath, there's two holes exactly below it.

The white/clear hose is the radiator drain hose and the black hose is the battery tray drain hose. Both are normal.
