flywheel is clutch/trans specific. If you are running a R154 behind your 2jz then you will need to get a 1JZGTE flywheel, accordingly for the v160/w58.

i have w58 trans is it possible to use 2jzgte?

yes you can use your 2jzGE W58 flywheel, clutch , pressure plate and transmission in a 2jzGTE engine.
