Default Seat Swap

I am thinking of swapping the back support part of my seats. They look the same symmetrically. The driver's side is worn quite a bit more than the passenger side. Has anyone done this and if so is it difficult to remove the seat backs and swap them.

They're not symmetric and it would be a ton of work to adapt the motor positions and gears from opposing sides.

You'd be better off buying a new leather kit from ridies.com, leather seats.com, or eBay. You'll have the seat so disassembled you'll wish you were just putting new leather on there anyway.
