Default 1JZ randomly dies out

Ive been having this problem since i put a 1JZ into my SC.

My 1JZ non VVTI wants to die randomly.
When shifting to neutral the car idles extremely low, or will die out if i dont give it any gas.
If i turn the car off or let it die out, it runs perfectly fine once started again.

It doesnt happen every time i drive the car. The most common time i noticed it happening is after getting off the highway.
It runs perfectly fine besides this problem, AFRs are normal, no vacuum leaks, no boost leaks

Anybody have any insight to what to look for?
Thanks

Try changing the coolant temp sensor . It located right under the coolant neck . They have tendency to crackand cause cold start and hot idle issues . The sensor is only 18$ At Your local auto parts store . I had idle issues when I first did my swap

Ill pick one up tomorrow and swap it out.

The temp gauge reads normal, never over heats or anything. Wouldnt it read wrong if the sensor was bad?
