Default Torque for fuel rail supply

'93 SC-400 1UZ-FE ATM 4FC

Reassembling engine fuel-injection system after some engine repairs. The front end of each Fuel Rail have a 17mm "banjo bolt" for fuel line (however, I believe Lexus/Toyota call them "Union Bolts"). I have replacements for the aluminum :crush" washers but cannot find the proper torque spec when reinstalling the 17mm banjo bolts. Can anyone provide? They seemed VERY tight during removal, but since the bolts are basically hollow, I didn't want to guess and over-torque them possibly breaking one off. I'm attaching a picture with location identified. Thanks in advance for any help.
