I'm replacing all of the fuel injector seals while installing new starter (THAT is another gut-wrenching story in itself).
I ordered 8 Beck/Arnley fuel injector seal kits from Rock Auto P/N 158-0894.
Each package contains 2 seals and 2 O-Rings.
I can easily identify where the 2 seals go on and the location for the smaller O-Ring on each injector is obvious.
However, I can't see the purpose or location for the larger O-ring, which is about 1" in diameter.
Has anybody used this kit for fuel injector seal replacement?
Is the larger O-Ring possibly used on another vehicle that this seal kit also might fit?
If so, just pitch ?????
