Default Painting Polyurethan Parts

Hey guys. My project SC is finally about to finish. This week I'm getting 3" exhaust installed, alignment, and then dropped off for tint, detail and wrap the following week. The hood, roof, and trunk have faded beyond repair and will be wrapped in carbon fiber. I want to finish up the exterior by painting the front lip and side skirts to match the factory black. My office has a 3 stage paint booth and certified painters. Painter is a pain to communicate with, but said he can do the work. I'm reaching out to you guys for information about what products and procedure to use to get this done correctly.

My painter stressed that the body parts need to be removed and sanded with a fine grade sand paper. Then primed with a primer specified for polyurathane parts. And finally add a few coats of what ever color I want. What coarseness of sand paper should be used? Also, what primer and paint do you suggest?

Any and all advice is highly appreciated. I apologize in advance if this thread was created in the wrong section.
