My car won't start changed the cam sensors and crank sensor and I still get no spark any ideas I'm stuck it cranks but won't start no power get to my spark plugs

What made you decide the change the sensors? Did you check plugs and wires first?

I'd look at your distributor next and make sure its getting signals if you can back probe wires safely.

After that I'd pull the ecu and check to see if the capacitors are blown. Its easy to get out its under the passenger carpet front area.

I have no power on the distributor at all

Have you checked your coil packs and ignitors? If either of them are bad you wont get power to your distributors. I had one of my coil packs go bad and it wouldn't start
