Default Sc400 Issue

Hey all,

Potential new buyer here. I've been eye balling this 95 Sc400 and been back and fourth with current owner. Asking $900 for it but the issue is that the car runs and sometimes doesn't. He was quoted $1K to fix but can't remember what the part is. So my question is if someone could help me identify this part id really apperciate it. Please don't "yell" at me I'm a noob at this. And yes it's my first post and first thread, happy to join this forum .

Welcome to the forum !

I would suggest to read the stickied thread on the main page , it may lead you to answers to many of your questions. Many newbies tend to post or start a thread about issues or problems without doing research. A lot of things have already been covered when it comes to the Lexus SC300 and SC400.

Please do read the following :

btw , help wanted thread goes to the Performance and Maintenance Section .

Good Luck .
