Default Catless midpipe CEL Question

I recently installed both supra long tube headers with extended sc300 o2 sensors to fit and when I got to the downpipe i realized there is no bung on the Blitz downpipe I bought. I'm going to have an exhaust shop weld one on for me but I was wondering if anyone on here has ran into this issue and found a solution. I'm planning on running a Mini-cat simulator and tricking the ECU into thinking there is a cat there. This isn't an o2 sensor extender or spark plug defouler it's an actual mini-cat inside an extension plug. If you don't have a fix for this problem and plan on running full catless prepare yourself for a ****ty idle, slow acceleration in the low RPM range and also horrible fuel economy.
