You may run into some issues with this passing smog. No one has tried that yet. snakehead, you will need to follow Cartmill's 1998 SC300 W58 swap thread to cover the backup light fix for reverse and you will need to remove the transmission shift solenoids from your A650E automatic and secure them somewhere in or under your car leaving them plugged in so that the ECU gets its signals.

Even then, it's unknown what you will encounter when you try to smog it in CA.
