Does this need to be grounded? Found it out in the open
EDIT: I was able to ground the cam sensor still no start. The car has been sitting for quite a number of months. There is a little gas in the car. Do you guys suggest any additives or can I try throwing in about $10 premium gas and maybe that will solve?
ey guys, I recently purchased my sc400 and I just replaced the driver side cam position sensor. While doing so I lost the little screw that grounds the sensor. I also found this out in the open and not sure if it needs to be grounded. Please let me know if it needs to be. Thanks

Someone please help. I would like to know if not having this grounded will prevent my car from starting. I'm trying to pinpoint before I start replacing other parts.

Cam sensor grounded and installed...still no start. Car has been sitting for quite a few number of months. Little gas, can I just throw in some premium gas and try? Any suggestions?
