car has a sluggish start and drive, and a hesitation going from 1st to second. on a new transmission though. So i checked the transmission fluid and it was wayyy over filled. What should i check out as far as problems that, that may have caused?

 

Make sure you check the transmission fluid level while the vehicle is in park and idling on a level surface.
