Soo sorry for asking. I've read the post on Lexls already but is still dumbfounded. Just having a hard time on how to actually adjust it. Any help.

The easiest method to adjust the TPS if you have a OBDII port is to plug in a scanning device and turn on the key to accessories, after that adjust it manually by turning the tps. You have to look at the device while you are turning it, once the TPS is adjusted to the percentage you want, just tighten the screw so it stays at that percentage.

I got lucky in that the previous owner marked the TPS positions So, all I had to do was slide it back to that point.
I have 2. I will never mess with them again.
I would rather dump the whole electronic TB and use a cable system instead.

I found this thread https://www.clublexus.com/forums/performance-and-maintenance/551125-the-definitive-guide-to-fixing-sc400-hesitation-issues.html
Scroll down to the section on adjusting the tps with the computer power cord. I found this the most effective, cheap and extremely creative way to adjust tps!
