Default TPS/ transmission issue

hey guys just trying my luck because ive been back and forth on the car for a while and been searching the forums cant seem to find any help, So i replaced my defective ECU with a random ebay matching part number and it works but since the install i have sporadic engine codes mainly starter circuit fault and TPS cicuit "A" fault and the engine only wants to get to 25-2700 RPM and tops out. i left the car alone for two weeks and now when she is in drive and warms up and reaches a complete stop she needs to rev to 2000 RPM while moving slowly then finnaly moves at normal speed. anyone seen something similar? suggestions? i have changed both trac and TPS sensor to no fix and cleaned my IACV, fuel pump and all fuses changed. i am very close to junking her and finding something else.

Sorry you went through so much trouble replacing the sensors and all when the issue is in the ECU itself, you simply got another computer off e-bay that was bad as well. You need to send yours out for repair (if the circuit board has not been eaten into too bad from a leaky capacitor), seen it many times. There is a place in TX that does a great job of repairing them at a good price.
